Secrets of middle mouse button on Firefox

Just a DIY. Here are some cool tricks on Firefox by using the middle mouse button.

  • Pasting a text/s on forms can be done by clicking on the middle mouse button
  • When opening a link on a new tab, try by hovering over the link and click using the middle mouse button
  • When closing a tab, hover on the tab and click using the middle mouse button
  • You can move forward or going backwards to your page history by holding the Shift key and scrolling the mouse wheel
  • Make the fonts bigger or smaller by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel

Have you ever been tired deleting browser history, or a search history, or cookies after you use a public desktop pc? Are you afraid that Firefox might save some of your information on a public computer? Are you afraid that someone might hack your Facebook account because webforms are kept? The Firefox 3.5 has a solution to this and this feature is called Private Browsing.

In a Private Browsing session, Firefox won’t keep any browser history, search history, download history, web form history, cookies, or temporary internet files.  However, files you download and bookmarks you make will be kept.
